Eileen Schmitz – President/Owner
Sequim Designated Broker
Port Angeles Branch Manager
“We really felt that we received the VIP treatment…But truthfully, I have a feeling that’s how she treats everyone.”
“I met Eileen when she showed us a lavender farm, and she was so passionate and knowledgeable about the farm that I knew she was the one to hire.”
“When it came time to sell my very unique house that I dearly loved, family and friends asked “But who’s going to love this house enough to find the right buyer?” and when I answered “Eileen Schmitz” every one of them said, “Oh, good!”
“We had a complicated property with a business, several parcels of land, and an antique of a house. Two of our friends insisted we interview Eileen so we did and we hired her. She was patient, professional and smiled all the way through.”
With a heart for service and a passion for teaching and marketing, Eileen managed Jace’s real estate practice for ten years before they ever even opened their first JACE Real Estate office together.
According to Eileen, “I’m hardwired for problem solving and serving others. Yes, I own the company but I actually show up every day to serve the JACE Realtors and our client’s needs and it gives me great joy.”
Multidimensional to her core, Eileen is a certified educator, has won a local Realtor of the Year award, served as the chair on committees for many Realtor causes from Statewide Open House Weekend to scholarship committees, was recognized by the Peninsula Daily News in their Best of the Peninsula publication, and is the number one Realtor selling Lavender Farms in Sequim.
When not at work, Eileen wrangles her pets and two birdfeeders, enjoys being outdoors especially hiking and beaches, loves cooking, writing, and yoga, and is deeply committed to a compassionate and gratitude-filled lifestyle.
