Patti Morris – Broker
About Patti
Every personality profile test Patti has ever taken agrees that Real Estate is the best career for her and while her background includes more than 30 years of real estate experience ranging from assisting government employees with relocation to right-of-way acquisition and most recently expertise in foreclosures and VA housing, her heart lies in serving others both professionally and personally.
In addition to being a past President of the Port Angeles Association of Realtors, Patti belongs to the Fairview Grange, Peninsula Dream Machines, Port Angeles Business Association and the League of Women Voters.
When asked about one of the things that sets her apart Patti answered “My detailed background in grant writing plus decades of varied real estate expertise really helps with foreclosures – I understand values very differently. I can assess what needs to be done with repairs, and I am not high pressure. I tend to be good at matching people up with what they are looking for without a high pressure approach to it.”
Patti and her husband Larry moved to Port Angeles from Tucson more than 15 years ago, this move occurred only after Patti won the Points of Light Award while serving as founding chair of the Community Action Team of Tucson Electric & Power and her husband Larry won Citizen of the Year.
Outside of her career and community service Patti has a love of horses, and at one time had 16 stallions and is a former Rodeo Queen, and while she still has horses she confesses with a smile “My life is run by my dogs Bosley and Toby”.
When asked what drew her to JACE Real Estate she replied “I met Jace and Eileen when I had the job of clearing up access issues for a timber company, the more I talked with them the more I decided it was time to talk to them about my career” and it’s been a great fit ever since.
Over the years Patti has found inspiration from the quote of Margaret Mead “Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed citizens can change the world; indeed, it’s the only thing that ever has.”
