Ceilidh “Kaylee” Duncan – Broker
“Kaylee worked with my partner and I to find and purchase a home in the Sequim area. She researched homes that meant our criteria and found eight homes for us to visit. Before returning to Sequim to visit the homes, Kaylee visited the homes herself, so she could provide information on each home. In addition, she provided information on other homes in the general vicinity of the home we visited. During our visits, she was well-prepared to answer questions. If she could not provide information, she obtained and provided it to us in a timely manner. After deciding which home we wanted to make an offer on, Kaylee’s worked with the owner/broker of Jace Realty to prepare an offer to the seller. She was involved in preparing paperwork for the eventual purchase of our home. Part of the purchase was a credit of money to accomplish certain work on the house. This involved obtaining quotes/estimates from various vendors including a handyman, carpet cleaning, a fireplace company, and electrical work. Kaylee set-up the work schedule and made arrangements to pay the vendors. This was very much appreciated, as my partner and I were still out-of-state and involved in selling a condo.
We highly recommend Kaylee as a realtor. We certainly would use her and Jace Realty again.”
