Acreage Checklist

Once upon a time a very wise Realtor drafted a list for Leery Land Buyer who wanted to buy land but didn’t want to be taken advantage of in the process.  L.L. Buyer needed some assurances that the basics (like utilities and timber rights) and the lesser known (like animal habitat, geo tech, and plat recorded) were covered during the sales process and that L. L. Buyer was protected whilst investigation ensued.

 

Our Wise Realtor scribbled this list one, two, three hundred times before formalizing the process with an amazing and ne’er before imagined script of brilliance: The Acreage Checklist Addendum (music please).

 

Since then the Acreage Checklist Addendum has grown wider when needed and whittled down when needed and has been used in a few thousand transactions to protect and educate buyers.  

 

With over 50 items on the Acreage Checklist Addendum, Buyers have the opportunity to investigate the property thoroughly – but another TO DO List is not what a Buyer needs, with resources, education and knowledge of our community, we know where to send you for answers.   

 

The Acreage Checklist is also part of an ongoing education process which Jace teaches to developers, Realtors, and other knowledge hungry souls.
