About Will
With over 25 years living on the Olympic Peninsula, and having worked in land sales for a nationwide land developer then later specializing in land use acquisition with gas and oil rights in Texas, Will has land development in his heart and soul.
When talking real estate, Will says what he enjoys most is meeting people and walking land. “Land is a natural sale from the standpoint that you don’t have to “close people hard”, you just let people fall in love for all the right reasons with a piece of property.”
Having a work ethic based on integrity JACE Real Estate is a natural fit for Will, “In my family you can make a deal on a handshake – sure you want to follow up with paperwork but your handshake and your word are enough. A couple decades back Jace helped sell my family’s property, my dad had wanted to sell on his own and not use a real estate agent but then he met Jace and thought enough of him to give him a try. Jace took really good care of my dad.”
When not working Will and his wife have a daughter and he is very interested in fitness, mountain biking, fishing, adult soccer and is a patriot making sure the American flag at the JACE Sequim office is properly maintained and honored.
